This registration is for TEAMS only. If you are an official, please contact Odyssey of the Mind staff for information.

Arrival service is available Tuesday, May 26, and Wednesday, May 27. 

Departure service is available Sunday, May 31.

Cost is $75 for round trip and $50 for one-way.

The deadline to reserve your shuttle is Friday, May 8 at 11:59 CST.

Payment can be done via credit card. Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are accepted. 

What information do I need to reserve a shuttle?

1. Membership Name (i.e. Ames High School), Association (i.e. IA), Team Number (i.e. 2), Coach First & Last Name (i.e. John Doe).

2. How many people are you requesting a shuttle for? If your team is traveling on different flights, you'll need to complete the registration multiple times based on travel schedule. You will also need to enter the names of all passengers.

3. All flight arrival information:

• Arrival airline
• Arrival flight number
• Arrival date
• Arrival time (this is NOT to be the time you want the shuttle - it's when your flight is scheduled to arrive).

4. All flight departure information:

• Departure airline
• Departure flight number
• Departure date
• Departure time (this is NOT to be the time you want the shuttle - it's when your flight is scheduled to depart).

5.  On-site contact - name, email, cell phone of the adult(s) that will be on-site in Iowa with the group on travel days. The individuals listed will be receiving the communication from Discover Ames on their shuttles. 

Infant policy:

We do not provide car seats. If you bring your own car seat, the buses have a 2 point seat belt that can be used to secure the car seat. If you elect to bring a car seat then we need to charge the full shuttle amount for the infant since it's utilizing a seat within the charter. If you decide to hold the child in your lap (which is acceptable per the busing company), then we wouldn't charge you the shuttle registration fee.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations received on or before May 18 will be eligible for a refund, less a $5.00 processing fee. Cancellations received after May 18 are not eligible for a refund. If the case of flight cancellation or changes, a refund less a $5.00 processing fee will be charged.
